My Success Image

This is my self potrait of me. Take this photo because my ministry in church require a passport photo with a formal dressing. So I take out my camera one day, dress myself up and take the photo in my own small room. With natural lighting from the window, the potrait is created. I like it very much because it potrays the confidence self of me.
My colleague in office said the photo looks like a sales person potrait, as if in the photo potrays ‘buy from me’ message. Ha2 I just laugh, as long as I like it, I do not really care other people opinions.
Its a picture of me 5 years down the road. Yes, I got GREAT destiny in front me.
Boss No Good –> left job, boss good –> also got problem???

Just while having lunch with my girlfriend, we discuss what her father had taught us while he was here in Singapore.
As business owner himself, my gf father realised this fact in the career working life. He told us, that we must dare enough to accept new challenges and step out from our comfort zone and work towards as business person. As he gave example, like working people when their boss is not good, they will left the job and make changes on their life, but when the boss is so good, the person become complacent and start living in his/her own comfort zone. If the person did not realise it, he/she will not dare enough for the new challenges and kept himself/herself in the comfort zone. 1 yr, 2 yrs, 5 yrs, 10 yrs, 20 yrs pass and at last the opportunity to become own boss just pass through. What a waste of time.
So friends, if you have opportunity to step out from your current comfort zone and start the steps to a higher level go for it. Don’t wait further, time is not waiting for us, whether we stop or not, the time will just keep ticking. Don’t get complacent and stay back, but thrive for more and more will be given to you. Amen.
Patience

Currently in the process of coordinating tour for my parents, wah really need a lot patience in organising and coordinating job. Just for this simple duty, a small changes from one of the party, it will effect the whole schedule.
I keep telling myself to be patient to make this dream come true. My dream to bring my parents to travel around. Anger and frustation will not able to solve the changes, but patience and determination to actualise the dream will. Yeah… I am just few more steps to actualising my dream. Praying in faith that God will smooth this process and it will become reality. Amen.
Small Branch

Never despise any small branches that go along your way.
You will never know that small branches along your way may make you fail. Manage them and move on.
If you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything.

Wah today learnt a good lesson in the early morning.
“If you have nothing good to say or write, don’t write or say anything.” Or it will boomerang back to you when say bad thing about people. Dun let hate conquer your heart, but let your forgiveness and peace dwell in your heart.
Anger Management

Yesterday talking to my girlfriend father, a self-made entrepreneur that start with nothing. I can feel a great passion from him as he shared the life story how my he succeed in business.
Started with an anger and he use the energy and turn it into great passion of business. Very encouraging story and uplifting. It makes me start thinking.
Learn a lot from my gf father. Great time talking to him and learning from the expert. Each moment spend listening to the his life journey is very encouraging. 
Modified Flickr Photo Album

Yeah, at last my modified flick photo album is almost done. Thanks to the flick api services and the php manual. Very challenging yet satisfying.
I will further improve the modified album and do some documentation to ease the customization process. Once this done, it will be available for downloading.

Flickr Photo Album

Last few days, just tried to integrate the flickrviewer by mark sweeting to my web blog. Very interesting, and well coded in php. But i am not satisfied because the viewer only allowed to extract photos from 1 photosets of my flickr account.
To solve my problem, I am thinking of reviewing and improve the source code. Not really good in PHP but trying to improve the code. he2. Currently the project is in progress. The flickr api services is amazing, we can do almost everything with our own flickr account.
Once I am done, I will make it available in download page. Ya you must be asking where is the download page. ha2, yes once i am done I will create dowload page and you will able to download it and install in your server too.

Flickr API

Interesting. Flickr Photos allows the user to use their API and integrate the functions into customized application. There is few interesting application created with this API. I am interested looking into the .net FLICKR api.

Hi this is my first blog in my own website. Just trying the wordpress blog. Looks great and the important part s the installation is so easy. I believe a normal person with limited IT knowledge will be able to install the application.
