This is really a nice iphone + rc helicopter combination. User actually controlled the so called “helicopter” (or quadricopters) using Iphone via wifi network connection and able to view live video feed from the camera installed on the helicopter.

Control of the quadricopter is said to be quite straightforward. The helicopter comes with Smart Parrot Piloting Software (SPPS) which makes use of the iPhone

Just yesterday, Google launches new GMail and Google Calendar for iPhone and Android users.

Some new features:
1. offline access,
2. a “floaty bar” for archive, delete,
3. Better search and tasks.
4. For google Calendar, new feature where user can respond to calendar invitation. Nice. I have been waiting for this feature for quite sometime.

iPhone 3G Tips and Tricks in Video

Hi guys,
Just wanna share some tips that I learn from colleagues and from the web.

1. Safari – Shortcut to Scroll to Top of page.
In any iPhone application, tap the tob bar and you can automatically scroll to the top of the page.

2. Safari – Domain Resolution.
When you are using Safari for browsing, you don’t have to key in the complete URL. Just key in the site name for example cnn and Safari will resolve the domain for you. See the video for details.

3. How to Save Image while Browsing

To save any image from the web to your camera roll, simply press and hold the image. And click on Save to save it to your picture collection

4. How to Refresh page in Facebook application

Shake it to refresh the page. Interesting way to refresh the page in Facebook application. Just shake the screen and it will update the page.

5. Type in Capital Letters

Just tap on the up arrow of your keyboard and type. It will Capital letter.

So excited for the upcoming Apple iPhone 3.0 OS. As mentioned in the Engadget there will be announcement this coming 17 of March.

Really hope that all the enhancement like tethering, mms, copy and paste, video will be included in this update.

My IPhone 3G went black. Faulty?

Wah, after just having fun with my IPhone for a week, to my suprise I got this IPhone 3G blank screen of death. Thank God I found on of the post in this url : http://seogadget.co.uk/iphone-display-blank-screen/. My IPhone back to life. fuih.


If any of you that have this problem just follow the step below:

  1. Press and hold down the Sleep/Wake button and Home button simultaneously until the Apple Logo is back.
  2. You will see your Iphone 3G screen light up and walah its alive. Thank God.
